Resident Parking Permits

• Permits can be purchased for either 1 month, or for 3-12 months.

• For 1 month permits, there will be a one-off charge of £70 (may vary by location)

• For any permits of 3+ months, a recurring subscription of £70 will commence, with the first payment immediately charged. For example: for a 3-month permit purchased on January 5 you will be charged £70 immediately (on Jan 5), another £70 on Feb 5, and once again £70 on March 5. The permit will remain active until April 5.

• You can change their payment card details yourself anytime - this can be done via an email with a link where you can view and manage the permit subscriptions

• You can cancel your permit at any time using the dashboard link via email. You will not be issued with any pro-rata refund for the remainder of that month in which you cancel your permit; the permit will remain active until the next payment date. For example: if you are charged £70 every month on the 20th and cancel the payment on the 10th, the permit will remain active until the 20th of that month. You will not be charged again from the next billing date.

• If payment fails, payment will be re-attempted twice (the following day and 3 days thereafter). If payment fails after the retries then the permit will be cancelled. You will receive emails notifying of any failed payments. Parking without a valid permit may result in a parking fine; if is the residents responsibility to ensure a valid payment method is available for use.

Visitor Parking Permits

You must purchase a valid permit before entering any Woodfell managed site. This can be done so here. Failure to purchase a permit may result in a parking fine. Please see site terms when parking.
